Web Chat & Bot Center — NEW

Add live support and an AI bot to your website

Put a chat window on your site. The bot greets each visitor's question first, and your agent takes over when needed. Every conversation lands in the same panel as your WhatsApp and Instagram messages.

  • 7/24Bot gives the first reply
  • 2Ready-made plugins
  • 1Panel for every channel
Sound familiar?

Where do your website's questions go?

Nowhere to ask

A visitor with a question on a product page can't find the answer, closes the tab and leaves. The sale is lost right there.

Yet another tool

Website chats live in one tool, WhatsApp in another. The same customer shows up as two different people on two screens.

Silence after hours

A question sent in the evening waits until morning. By then the customer has already bought somewhere else.

Web Chat

The chat window on your site, the conversation in your panel

The moment a visitor writes, the chat appears on the Conversations screen. Assign it to an agent, take it over, hand it to the bot or close it.

Shared inbox

Web Chat conversations appear in the same list as WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Messenger and Telegram, with an unread badge.

File sharing

Visitors can attach photos or documents, and your agents can send files the same way.

Typing and seen

Both sides see when the other is typing and when a message has been read. Nobody is left talking into the void.

Welcome message

The window can say hello before the visitor types anything. Making the first move is often all it takes.

Satisfaction survey

When a chat closes, the visitor is asked for a quick rating. You hear how it went straight from the customer.

Recognizes logged-in members

When a logged-in member writes, you know who they are. Their previous conversations open alongside.

Bot Center

Your bot talks with your own knowledge

In the Bot Center you build flows, fill the knowledge base and decide when the bot hands over to an agent.

Flow editor and testing

Build your common scenarios step by step. Try the flow before going live and see how it answers.

Knowledge base

Add details on shipping, returns and payment, plus your website pages. The bot draws its answers from here.

Doesn't make things up

When the knowledge base has no answer, the bot doesn't guess; it hands the chat to your agent.

Business hours

Set how the bot behaves during and outside business hours. Questions at night don't go unanswered either.

Customers

Same person, one customer card

A customer might write from your website today and WhatsApp tomorrow. Chatopya gathers these records on one card and shows the history across channels in a single timeline.

One card, every channel

When a phone number or channel ID matches, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and Web Chat records are linked to the same card.

Merge suggestions

Uncertain matches come in as suggestions. You click "Merge" or mark them "not the same person" and move on.

Fully reversible

Every merge is kept in the history with its date. Split a wrong merge with one click, and that pair won't be merged automatically again.

Setup

On your site in four steps

STEP 01

Create the window

Create the Web Chat window in the panel and write your welcome message.

STEP 02

Add it to your site

No code with the WordPress plugin or Shopify theme extension; a short snippet on any other site.

STEP 03

Feed the bot

Add your frequently asked information and pages to the Bot Center, and enter your business hours.

STEP 04

Manage conversations

Follow incoming chats on the Conversations screen and take over when needed.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Can't find what you're looking for? Write to our team and we'll get back to you the same day.

Ask a question
How do we add Web Chat to our website?

On WordPress it's added with a plugin and on Shopify with a theme extension, no code needed. On other sites you just paste the short snippet from the panel into your page.

Where do Web Chat messages go?

On the same Conversations screen as your WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Messenger and Telegram messages. You can assign a chat to an agent, take it over, hand it to the bot or close it.

What does the bot do when it doesn't know the answer?

If the Bot Center's knowledge base has no answer, the bot doesn't make one up; it hands the chat to your agent. You decide in the settings how it behaves outside business hours.

What if the visitor has written to us on WhatsApp before?

If your site identifies logged-in members to Web Chat, the chat is linked straight to that customer's card. If a visitor types a phone number or email in the chat, your team gets a merge suggestion; approve it and the records are combined on one card.

Does the Chatopya logo appear in the window?

Yes, by default. Removing the logo is licensed separately; talk to our team to add it to your plan.
